The CRM-vs-real-network gap is the same thing I keep hitting inside businesses: the document estate is the formal model, and the useful context is the informal one. Community labels only help if someone can still say which cluster is current and who owns the call when the graph is wrong. Does the downstream task still work when half the real relationships have never been written down?

That’s exactly the gap, and maybe we now make it smaller through better tools - or make it worse with worse tools!
